“You stretched my skills to a higher level, especially through the imagination writing exercises. The workshop made me believe that “Hey, maybe I DO have a story worth telling!” Read more feedback about the All-About-You Writing Workshop.

WRITING DREAMS CAN COME TRUE!

  • Discover the natural elements of your story
  • Free yourself to jump-start your writing
  • Build a foundation for stories that editors want

Nothing can pave the way to unblock your writing like a face-to-face workshop. You will receive no-pressure coaching from an experienced writer. Plus, you will experience the camaraderie of being part of a group of people who share your passion to write.

Unlike the big writing conferences, the ALL-ABOUT-YOU WRITING WORKSHOP is limited to a small group of people. And instead of just hearing writers talk about writing, you will actually put into practice the nuts-and-bolts writing instruction you will receive.

If you are serious about developing your talent and getting published, sign up now. (Also, sign up for our email list to receive free writing tip sheets.)

He has been a co-owner of a business magazine, a sportswriter, the PR director for a Phi Beta Kappa college, an oil rig worker, a freelance writer, and a parking lot sweeper.

Glen has written three books: Still Standing, the story of the Williams Brothers' singing group, published by Billboard Books; and Miscue and NetBlue, two books from the Forte mystery series from Yoke Press. His short story, "The Christmas Monkey," appeared in the December 2008 release of the book, Christmas Stories from the South's Best Writers, by Pelican Publishing. Glen has written for Guideposts, Memphis Magazine, Mississippi Magazine, Ford Magazine, the Mississippi Business Journal, among others. You can read about the Forte series at http://torturedhero.com.

A final word from Glen:  "The workshop will be encouraging and helpful to those who want to improve their writing. One benefit that may not be evident, however, is how much you will enjoy the company of other writers who are striving to become better storytellers. That kind of camaraderie only happens when you hang out with those 'in the trenches' of the writing experience. I have lifelong writer friends from attending workshops and conferences. Come join us. We are going to have a great time!"
